I saw this sweet little project in the latest issue of Papier-Mache
I've yet to make my way through the whole issue but, this necklace caught my eye and I had the supplies on hand. So simple and one that she was happy to try on and wear right away. The pink tape didn't hurt the likable factor. Nope not one little bit.
